The Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk said that the Social Insurance Institution is already implementing the first payments of care allowances for single-sex marriages. The regulation allowing the transcription of acts of single-sex marriages concluded abroad has been in force since 23 August this year.
