Care allowance for heart patients 2026. Who's to whom?

Heart patients can apply for a monthly benefit of PLN 215.84 per month. It's a nursing allowance that pays the city or municipality. Not everyone who has a heart illness will receive a benefit, but a certain group of seniors are entitled to “a vending machine”.
