Charges for Daniel Obiek. Orlen's money was to watch the opposition

The Prosecutor's Office has accused Daniel Obietk of injuring Orlen S.A. in the amount of nearly PLN 400 thousand. The erstwhile president of Orlen was to commit abuse of powers and to conclude 2 contracts without a tendering procedure. These contracts served to carry out the private interests of Daniel Obietka - said D.A. Mateusz Martyniuk, spokesperson for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
