Marek Ch. - erstwhile Deputy Chief of the Capital Police, heard the charge of overexecution - informed the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw on Monday. The issue is to order the unlawful detention of 5 trade unionists going from Poznań to protest the tightening of abortion law in Warsaw.
