In accordance with point 3 of the judgement of the Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association in Warsaw of 26 November 2019, the signature of Act SD 119/18, maintained by the judgement of the Higher Disciplinary Court of Advocates of 7 March 2020, the signature of Act WSD 11/20, repealed by the ultimate Court judgement of 24 June 2021, the signature of Act II DK 24/21 in the part concerning the punishment judgment, as amended by the judgement of the Higher Disciplinary Court of Advocates of 26 August 2023, the signature of Act WSD 92/21, from which the cassation was lodged, dismissed by the order of the ultimate Court of 2 July 2026, the signature of Act II ZK 46/24, as manifestly unfounded, is made public.

in Warsaw and in another towns, from 15 October 2013 to 21 September 2018, it allowed a situation which made the client dependent on borrowing in amounts of PLN 3 5000,00 and EUR 2 295,00 and not repaying them despite a call for payment, a judgement order for payment in registrar proceedings by the territory Court .................

i.e. to commit a disciplinary offence contrary to the law, ethics and dignity of the profession under Article 80 of the Law on Lawyers in § 1(2) and (3) and § 6, § 8, § 52 of the Code of Bar Ethics and Professional Dignity (issue 1 published pursuant to Resolution No 52/2011 of the NRA of 19 November 2011),
have been found guilty of committing the disciplinary offence alleged in the application for disciplinary action and have been ordered to:
- Suspension of professional activities for 1 year and 6 months;
- In addition, it was ruled against Edyta Dąbrowska's advocacy for 4 years.
