The legal conflict around Zbigniew Ziobra, erstwhile Minister of Justice and lawyer General, has dominated the public debate for months and its climax has become a spectacular search at his house. The discussion gained additional colour after a controversial public message by 1 of the possible candidates for the office of president of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, who, in light of these events, straight suggested that a "fair trial" is not possible against Zbigniew Ziobry.
