Leonardo, a corp known in Poland as the owner of PZL Świdnik, takes over Iveco Defence for EUR 1.7 billion. This is the largest consolidation movement in the European defence manufacture in fresh years. Thanks to this takeover, the Italians want to become a leader in the production of military vehicles, from light transporters to dense conflict platforms.
