I can't believe it!
The Tuska government argued that the provisions of the immigration pact would not apply to Poland, as we accepted hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians. I said, check! And I asked the European Commission a question.
I received an answer from which, black and white, it is simply a lie!!! “Under EU law, there is no legal anticipation to exempt Poland from implementing any part of the pact” – that is the authoritative answer!!
