Can we tighten the law to defend rape victims? The PiS task is simply a legal populism

The PiS task introduces a severe increase in penalties for abuse of sexual dependence and crime against peculiarly dependent individuals. alternatively of real protection of victims, change can be a manifestation of legal populism and penal utopia – emotional, ad hoc consequence to dramatic cases, without taking into account the diversity of situations and the hazard of abuse.
