Since the beginning of the year, Russia has been utilizing on average 140 drones or rockets of various types against Ukraine in 1 raid. During strong frosts, which in the east are very severe, the Kremlin deliberately chose Ukrainian critical infrastructure as the main target. This is intended to increase the humanitarian crisis over the Dnieprem, which Moscow has unfortunately succeeded. Ukraine is presently having problem rebuilding transmission stations and power stations and CHP plants.
