"We express strong opposition to any actions aimed at rehabilitating communist activists and anticipate the authorities of Zamość to abandon immediately the thought of commemorating Rosa Luxembourg by unveiling the commemorative plaque dedicated to her" - said the Institute of National Memory in a statement.
