Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced on Wednesday 5 rules "to reconstruct simple state responsibility" for 2026, named by the head of government "the year of ceasefire". - No more vetoes and legislative sabotage
- I am for the West, not the East; I do not question EU membership
- I am on the side of Ukraine in the war with Russia
Kaczyński commented on the Prime Minister's idea, stating that the politician "persecuts the opposition". At the same time, he admitted that there should be no "domestic war" in Poland.
"There should surely not be a civilian war, but Donald Tusk is the 1 causing it with opposition persecution and scandalous behaviour at all This is his method of governing," said the president of the Law and Justice.
In consequence to the question of whether he would sign a declaration prepared by the head of government, he replied: ‘No way’. "In our opinion, Tusk is moving an anti-national policy," Kaczyński said.
No alcohol sales in the Sejm. Kaczyński assessed Czarzaste's decision
The head of the largest opposition organization was besides asked about the ban on the sale of alcohol in the lower chamber of the Polish parliament announced by the fresh talker of the Sejm of Vladimir Czarzast.
