Prohibition of fur farms with the support of the Sejm committee

On Tuesday, the Extraordinary Committee on Animal Protection recommended the adoption of an amendment to the parliamentary draft law prohibiting the breeding of animals for fur. Under the proposed rules, breeders will be required to complete their activities by the end of 2033 at the latest. The task besides provides for the payment of compensation to prohibited entrepreneurs.
