Health education was expected to be controversial, not
Parents number and commentIn an article about the costs of extracurricular activities published on eChild.pl's Facebook profile, dozens of comments appeared. Parents admit that prices have actually gone up, but any effort to approach this with a cool calculation. 1 female wrote, "150 + 200 + 250 = 600, 800 - 600 = 200, 150 + 250 + 250 = 650, 800 - 650 = 150. What's the problem? There is inactive 200 and 150, which is 350 PLN. 350 times 10 months is PLN 3,500. There are no classes during the holiday, which means inactive up to 3500 + 3200 = 6700. For 6700 PLN children can be sent to a good colony. I don't think parents should complain." This comment provoked quite a few reactions - any considered him besides light and ironic, others as the voice of reason. But right after that, there was an entry that hit the heart of the mood: "But they're gonna forget you're 800 plus." 800 plus it's not enough. any of them admit that classes are not luxury, but necessity, due to the fact that children want to be active, to participate in what their peers do. However, even those who gain well announcement that monthly fees can scope staggering amounts."It's not that individual has 800 plus and can "allow themselves." It's just that if you have 2 or 3 children, each has 2-3 classes, you make it 1,500-2000 PLN per month. And that's not all - there are clothes, trips, contributions, doctors..." - comments 1 of the mothers. Another parent in turn notes, "These are the 800 pluses - keeping your children inactive belongs to the work of parents, has anything changed?".
Even though the prices of additional activity are constantly rising, the willing do not decrease. On the contrary, parents are increasingly enrolling their children for more than 1 class, believing that this is how they invest in their future. English, swimming, soccer, robotics, dance, ballet, creative classes - the list of offers is longer present than always before. And unfortunately, it is increasingly hard to find classes that would be available free of charge or at a reasonable price. Even those organized by schools or cultural houses frequently affect additional fees for materials, transport or equipment.A What do you think of the price of extracurricular activities?
