Western machines aid Russia produce barrels

This is due to the fact that, although Russia faced shortages in ammunition and propelling charges in 2023, the reinforcement of imports from Iran and the DPRK was a short-term solution resulting from problems with quality and compatibility which forced the acceleration of the modernisation of the Russian industry.
