The property nationalized after the war was only 20% owned by Polish citizens of judaic origin, and 80 percent owned by indigenous Poles. If Poland had found funds to compensate Jews and did not want to discriminate against anyone, it would gotta allocate 5 times more resources to meet akin claims of another citizens.
