Legal chaos comes to light in serving soldiers on the border! Prime Minister Donald Tusk requested on Monday from the head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish a proposal for changes to the law. It is worth asking, then, whether the Prime Minister himself has already utilized the current regulations and has asked president Andrzej Duda to grant the soldiers at the border the powers appropriate to the Border defender officers?

According to Articles 11b and 11c of the Border defender Act, it is the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland who is to ask the president of the Republic of Poland to issue a decision on the usage of the Armed Forces in order to safe Polish borders.

Is this done or has the fresh government been on the legal makeshifts of erstwhile MON chief Marius Błaszczak for six months now?
