2500 students and students took part in the next edition of Our Future Forum!
The Forum is the largest Polish conference aimed at the young generation. Participants from all over the country discussed politics, the future of the economy or technology with ministers, presidents of the largest Polish companies, artists and scientists.
This year's edition of "New Generations, fresh Technologies, fresh Challenges"
On Wednesday, 3 December, the seventh edition of the event, which has attracted thousands of young people involved, took place in the Palace of Culture and discipline in Warsaw. The conference was organised by Our Future Foundation, an organization connecting students of Polish and abroad universities, whose aim is to build Polish human capital and advance dialog with the young generation. This year's edition of "New Generations, fresh Technologies, fresh Challenges" attracted peculiar attention from young people.
“I am glad that this year we managed to double the number of participants compared to erstwhile editions. Almost 2500 young people from all over Poland came here on their own initiative to discuss political, economical and technological issues. specified a scale shows how crucial the "Our Future Forum" is, which allows the possible of the young generation to be freed, involving in discussions and giving a platform that allows the most crucial people in the country to hear the voice of young people, to learn about their perspective," said Zuzanna Pawłowska, Vice president of Our Future Foundation.

The Forum was an chance for students and students to meet peers with akin ambitions and passions and to establish contacts with possible employers and mentors. Participants could participate in more than 20 discussion panels, which were designed in specified a way as to maximise the participation of young people in the debates with invited guests. During the event, students and students discussed, among others, the construction of the “Polish Silicon Valley” and stopping talents in the country, reconciling the competitiveness of the European economy with climate protection, abroad expansion of Polish companies, or financial challenges of their generation – cryptocurrency, fresh forms of saving and investment.
Speakers of this year's edition of the forum included, among others, Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Krzysztof Gawkowski, Minister of wellness Dr. Jolanta Sobieranska-Grenda, Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek, Minister of Agriculture Stefan Krajewski, Minister of Agriculture Maciej Berek, Deputy Minister of discipline Marek Gzik, prof. Hanna Machinska, Deputy Minister of Energy Dr. Wojciech Wrochna, Ombudsman Prof. Marcin Wiątek, Krzysztof Borusowski – president of the Management Board of BEST SA, Jacek Jastrzębski – president of KNF, as well as Łukasz Starżytowski – Vice president of the Management Board of PAIH S.A.

The participants were peculiarly curious in the conversation between writer Jakub Dymek and Deputy Marshal of the Polish Parliament Krzysztof Bosak, as well as the speech of erstwhile president of the Polish Republic Alexander Kwasniewski. Practical cognition of the reality of work in their industries and career paths
The conference besides featured a series of MasterClass workshops, during which experts from leading companies and institutions that were partners of Our Future Foundation shared applicable cognition of the reality of their work in their industries and career improvement paths. Deloitte experts told about the scenes of working on due diligence processes and how artificial intelligence changes the labour market. Bishop Polska focused on the subject of well-being of workers in the workplace, and UNIMOT told young people about the realities of gas trade in the European market. Asseco Business Consulting conducted classes on career prospects in the advisory sector, Medcover organized applicable first-aid training, and TVN Warner Bros. Discovery taught young people to admit AI-generated content. The National Centre for Agriculture Support showed how women leaders build household brands and advance local products. The ORLEN S.A. workshop on "Implementation of hydrogen and synthetic fuels in Poland" presented applicable aspects of energy transformation based on hydrogen technologies and fuels of the future.
During the Forum, young students could besides present their own technological projects as part of a peculiar technological path, covering the formats Call for Papers and Call for Posters, implemented under the “Vectors of Science” programme, co-financed by the Minister of discipline and Higher Education. The work was assessed by the Meritorical Committee composed of Dr. Radosław Komuda, Dr. Rafał Baldyga, Dr. Chrystyna Markiewicz, Inga Werecka and the authors of the best lectures and posters received financial awards of PLN 1000. The award for the best paper was awarded to Victoria Piras for her work under the title “ROBOpsychogia – where do we get closer and deeper relationships with artificial intelligence?”. In the category of posters, Michał Burduk and Adam Mazurek, who prepared a technological task entitled "Application for the survey of OLIMPIA", turned out to be the best team.

Our Future Foundation’s activities are based primarily on expanding educational horizons
Our Future Foundation (OFF) is an organization that brings together over 500 students and graduates of the best abroad and Polish universities, which aims to build Polish human capital in Poland and abroad. The Foundation's activities are based primarily on expanding educational horizons, mentoring programs supporting people at the beginning of their careers and creating a space for sharing cognition and establishing relationships between eminently talented young Poles. Since 2019, the Foundation has helped over 300 subjects in the application and to survey at the world's best universities specified as Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, and Yale. So far more than 28,000 young Poles have participated in the initiatives of the Foundation.
