As it turns out, the transfer from the Ministry of abroad Affairs, although permitted by the regulations, is not that simple. It requires, among others, the consent of the head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, and this is not – as he informs in consequence to the parliamentary interpelling of deputy chief of the Ministry of Interior Maciej Wąsik – issued besides often. The unit wishing to change the ministry so remains in specified a situation only exempt from service and re-employment in the military, and this in turn raises another problems.
