We make the first comprehensive tool in Poland combining legal aspects, ESG standards and applicable guidelines to support labour councils, trade unions, employees' representatives and employers' representatives in building effective dialog and democratisation of the working environment.

The task is being developed by Social and economical Initiatives Foundationch (FISE) within TransferHUB Incubator. The publication of the guide and its distribution are carried out by the Institute of civilian Affairs. The task received financial support in the form of a grant, which allows its wide implementation and dissemination.
