According to the evidence log handed over to Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyers, partner of the late Jeffrey Epstein, it includes about 325 FBI reports from witness interviews. More than 90 of them – or more than a 4th – are not available on the Justice Department website, says CNN.
Among them are the alleged 302 forms, i.e. key notes of FBI agents documenting discussions with witnesses. Experts point out that their deficiency hinders the full knowing of the multiannual investigation into Epstein and Maxwell.
Among the 325 missing materials there are besides 3 interviews with a female who reported to have been repeatedly utilized by Epstein from around 13 years of age. In talks with the FBI, she besides accused Donald Trump of assaulting in the 1980s.
The case was publically commented by Democratic Congressman Robert Garcia. We have a survivor who has made serious allegations against the president. However, there is simply a series of papers that seem to be possible records of the FBI's conversations with this survivor, which in fact have disappeared and we do not have access to them," he said in an interview with CNN.
The female accused Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump of assault. She was a teenager.
The papers show that the female called the FBI hotline on July 10, 2019, which is simply a fewer days after Epstein's arrest. 2 weeks later, she was interviewed at her lawyer's office. According to 1 of the published 302 reports, Epstein was to usage it at home in South Carolina after he responded to her kid care announcement. The abuse was to happen erstwhile she was a teenager.
During the interview, the female showed the agents a known photograph of Trump and Epstein. Her lawyer then pointed out that the client is "worried about pointing out more people, and especially those commonly known, due to fear of retaliation".
The Maxwell Evidence diary points to 3 additional 302 reports of August and October 2019 concerning the same person, as well as 3 sets of interrogation notes. no of these documents, according to CNN, are presently available in the public file.
Among the more than 3 million pages of published material are the FBI's 2025 presentation listing "known names" linked to Epstein. In 1 of the passages, a female whose name was censored claims that Trump forced her to do s*xual activity and hit her head after Epstein introduced them to himself. The event was to happen between 1983 and 1985.
In turn, in a suit against Epstein's estate, there is simply a plaintiff named "Jane Doe 4", whose biography coincides with the description contained in the FBI files. We read in the suit that Epstein was expected to fly with her to fresh York and "take Jane Doe 4 to intimate meetings with another prominent, wealthy men" who were expected to usage her. 1 of these "prominent men" was expected to force her to act as a sexist, slap and rape. The man's name was not mentioned in the lawsuit.
However, the female was considered "ineligible to receive compensation" by Epstein Victims' Compensation Program. It's not clear why. In December 2021 she withdrew the suit and her lawyer informed local media that she had received a financial settlement from Epstein's estate.
U.S. Department of Justice: We haven't removed anything
Donald Trump consistently denies any irregularities with Epstein. The White home described the allegations as "false and sensational", pointing out the earlier position of the Justice Department that "some of the papers contain false and sensational claims concerning president Trump".
A spokesperson for the Department of Justice denied that any papers were removed. "We have not removed anything and, as we have always said, all the papers covered by the proposal have been published," he said. He added that the missing materials were "duplicates, papers covered by secrecy (privileged) or part of an ongoing national investigation".
CNN points out that any papers have been temporarily deleted and republished in fresh weeks – including for additional anonymization of victims. It is besides possible that any reports are in the collection under another serial numbers or with anonymized markings.
However, any victims claim that they did not find their own evidence on the Justice Department website. “We were all looking for our evidence as victims,” said CNN Jess Michaels. In her opinion, powerfully edited and missing reports propose that "The Justice Department in fact manipulates the full country".
