On 26 November 2023, the Convention of the large East of Poland was held at the palace in Jabłonno close Warsaw. This was the 27th of the series of yearly gatherings of all the masters of this Free-Multure Order, counting from 1997, erstwhile its lights were re-fired (the 240th anniversary of the creation of this largest Polish liberal masonry obedition will be celebrated next year).
The gathered participants decided to extend the Grand Master's word of office – Stefan Lesieur – for another year, approved the reports of the Council of the Order, the ultimate Brotherhood Court and the Review Commission, adopted the budget for 2024 and discussed the current affairs of the Order. This year's deliberations and voting were characterised by exceptional unanimity.
The Convention constitutes a legislative and control authority in the WWP, the Order Council (the Grand Master of which is headed) executive power, and the ultimate Brotherhood Court – judicial. The Review Committee is simply a supervisory and control body, especially in the financial sphere of the organisation.
Masonian democracy is based on the rule of 3 divisions of authorities, formulated by B:. Montescius in the 18th century, its basic principles include the interior transparency of free-growing organizations.
