Great East of Poland, November 30, 2025
On 29 November 2025, in the unique scenery of the Wieliczka Salt Mine – included in the UNESCO planet Heritage List – the yearly Convention of the large East of Poland, the largest Polish free-meal organization representing the alleged liberal stream, was held.
The event was attended by nearly 200 brothers and sisters representing all lodges of the large East of Poland, including 50 delegates from abroad. This year's Convention was the largest gathering of liberal Masonic obeditions in Poland for over 2 decades, confirming the dynamic improvement and increasing importance of the large East of Poland on the global stage.
During the meeting, a fresh Grand Master was chosen – Brother Mateusz Komorowski from the Kraków Astrolabium Lodge, initiated 14 years ago in Warsaw. He succeeded Brother Stéphane Lesieur, who ended his term.
The large East of Poland has a strong position in the field of global cooperation, which was reflected in the presence of many abroad guests at the Convention. The Convention's closing ceremony was attended by representatives of 13 attendees from many European countries:

7. The large Lodge of Greece

The presence of specified a broad abroad representation confirmed the increasing rank of the large East of Poland in European liberal masonry and strengthening its position as an active partner of dialog and cooperation.
The Convention was officially closed by the highest officials of the organizations liable for the supervision of Masonic rites practiced in the large East of Poland, including:
1. president of the Grand Chapter of the French large East of Poland.
2. Grand Commander of the Council of the ultimate Poland of 33rd and last degree of the Scots Rituary of the Old and the Recognized, accompanied by the Master of the Tower of Excellence in the East of Warsaw, president of the Chapel of the Rose of Fama Fraternitatis in the Vistula Valley and the president of the Aeropag Salvador Allende in the Vistula Valley.

The event confirmed that the large East of Poland is entering the next phase of its development, strengthening both interior structures and global relations. The gathering in Wieliczka was not only an chance to make crucial decisions and choose fresh authorities, but besides a symbol of unity, dialog and common work for values that have been the foundation of the large East of Poland for years. All this allows us to look with optimism at the further improvement of Obedition in the coming years.
