Resumption of negotiations between Israel and Hamas? Qatar Initiative

Prime Minister Kataru Mohammed ibn Abdulrahman Al Thani was to invitation the manager of the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) William Burns and head of Egyptian intelligence, Abbas Kamel, to participate in the talks.
