Strengthening the application of the right to equal pay for men and women for equal work – Leviathan comments

In mention to the letter of 16 December 2025 (signature: DPP-I.0210.9.2025.EB), on which the draft law on strengthening the application of the right to equal pay for men and women for equal work or for work of equal value (listed in the List of Legislative and Programme Proceedings of the Council of Ministers under UC127) was passed. The Confederacy of Leviathan makes observations.
