Speech by Dr McCullough in the European Parliament 14 September 2023

It's an honor and a privilege to have Dr. Peter McCullough from Texas in the United States today, thank you. He is an internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist with degrees at Baylor University, University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School University of Michigan and Southwestern Methodist University. It deals with common infectious diseases, cardiovascular complications of both viral infection and resulting injuries following injections with Covid-19 in Dallas, Texas, USA. Dr. Peter McCullough published many publications on various medical topics, having over a 1000 publications and 685 citations at the National Medical Library. Dr. McCullough repeatedly testified in the U.S. legislature and in many state chambers on aspects of the pandemic response. Dr. McCullough spent years devoted himself to academic and clinical efforts in the fight against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, making thousands of his reports participate in discussions of group technological congresses and press releases and was recognized as a global expert in the field of covid-19. Thank you for this introduction and thank you for all your warm greetings today. Thank you, Mrs Anderson, parliamentarians and the ladies and gentlemen who have been introduced. My name is Dr. Peter McCullough, I am a practicing internist, cardiologist and epidemiologist, and from the beginning of the pandemic I have devoted myself completely to doing everything in my power to aid all patient. Here's my observations and my analysis. There were 2 waves of harm in the world. The first is SARS-CoV-2 infection, which preyed on weak and aged people, and the second wave of injuries is vaccines on Covid-19.

The function of the WHO proves to be unfavourable in both cases.

It appears that WHO plays a function within the Biopharmaceutical Complex – Syndicate. A complicated Syndicate that formed over time. It includes the WHO, the United Nations, the planet economical Forum, the Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, Welcome Trust, GAVI, SEPI, Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovation, which was mostly formed by the Gates Foundation from WEF, the State Department in the United States, National Institutes of Health, CDC, FDA, MHRA in the United Kingdom, TGA in Australia, Safra in South Africa, EMA in Europe.

This group of NGOs cooperating with government public wellness agencies acts as a unity. Action is carefully coordinated and its effects are unfavourable. At the beginning of the WHO pandemic, she launched an investigation into the origin of SARS-CoV-2. That's erstwhile the cover-up started.

Admiral Dr. Brett Giroir of the United States appointed 3 independent scientists to go to Wuhan and see what was going on. We already knew then and all this came out during Congressional hearings that Anthony Fauci, Francis Collins, Jeremy Farrar of the Welcome Trust, presently the head scientist at WHO, Christian Andersen at Scripps, Edwin Homes in Sydney, Peter Dazak of the EcoHealth Alliance conspired.

They all conspired in January 2020 to cover up what they knew the virus was developed as part of a joint American-Chinese collaboration in a laboratory in Wuhan, China, and tricked the planet with 12 further false articles in the reviewed literature.

The quarterback was Jeremy Farrar, WHO's chief scientist. This is all in a series of reports presented to the peculiar Committee of the home of Representatives in the United States set up by the U.S. legislature led by Brad Westrup.

WHO has played an adverse function from the very beginning, cheating the planet on the origin of SARS-CoV-2. Doctors like us, practicing clinicians, were left behind due to the fact that our governments and agencies, specified as WHO, were not honest with us, and alternatively of helping us or at least getting out of the way to treat patients and save lives, they were interfering with and limiting our ability to treat patients. They effectively created an full environment of therapeutic nihilism. Only 2 things prevented hospitalization and death. 1 was early treatment, the another was the acquisition of natural immunity in the first episode of infection. Nothing else worked, there were only 2 bad effects: hospitalization and death.

To date, the WHO does not support, accept or print early treatment protocols for patients with acute Covid-19 infection. That should tell you something. This should be an emergency signal. 3 years, 3 years of this, and there's inactive nothing that can reduce the suffering of people on the part of the WHO, nothing, and in fact there are efforts to increase human suffering.

Since the first wave of illness as I have testified many times in the United States Senate, most hospitalizations and deaths could have been completely avoided in patients at the highest hazard by early intervention, starting with antivirus nasal sprays and throat rinses, followed by intravenous and oral medicines administered at home to aid people last the disease.

Now let's take the vaccines. Since 2021, vaccines have ravaged the population. 2 thirds of people worldwide have been vaccinated. A survey by Community State in the United States shows that 75 percent of Americans were vaccinated. Fortunately, 25 percent didn't do it. Everything we've learned about the vaccine since it was introduced is terrifying. There is not a single survey showing that informational RNA is degradable due to the fact that it is pseudo-uritinatedis synthetically produced and cannot be decomposed.

There's no evidence of her leaving the system. We now have Kester Yuda's articles that show the circulating information RNA for at least a month, that's what they've been studying. We have a spiked protein, lethal protein from vaccines in the human body after vaccinations, circulating in the body for at least six months, if not longer, and if people take the injection in the next six months, another installation will appear in more possibly lethal proteins circulating.

In 3400 reviewed publications It has been proven that barbed protein causes 4 major illness domains.

One of these is cardiovascular disease, cardiac inflammation or myocarditis. Each regulatory agency agrees that vaccines origin myocarditis. I'm a cardiologist. Before Covid we had guidelines in cardiology for years, that erstwhile there is inflammation of the heart, whether symptomatic or not, people cannot practice in athletics, it causes cardiac arrest. Yet throughout Europe and the United States, sports leagues have injected these vaccines into young people who had no medical or clinical need, and we have observed a number of cardiovascular arrests in young people.

I'm telling you as a cardiologist that these cardiac arrests are caused by a vaccine on Covid-19 until proven otherwise. There are also cardiovascular diseases caused by the vaccine. Proven acceleration of the improvement of atherosclerotic cardiovascular illness and heart attacks or cardiovascular orthostatic tachycardia (POTS-Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) or failure of consciousness due to low blood pressure. You saw in the media editing [fragments] films showing people, 1 by one, losing consciousness like never before. It's a vaccine until proven otherwise. Aortic dissection, atrial fibrillation, another arrhythmias, cardiac arrest in the absence of myocardial inflammation have been reported for Covid-19 vaccines.

Cardiovascular harm in the human body caused by the vaccine is much greater than anything we have always seen in cases of cholesterol, advanced blood force or diabetes.

The second crucial area There are neurological diseases, ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke, Guillain-Barré syndrome, ascending paralysis that may lead to death. Which leads to death in the case of RNA-information vaccines that all our regulatory agencies have agreed to. Third main domain, blood clots. Blood clots we've never seen before. Spiral protein is the most thrombogenic protein we have always seen in human medicine. It occurs in blood clots. Spiral protein causes blood clots, blood clots larger and more resistant to blood thinners than we have always experienced in human medicine. I have patients who have had blood clots for 2 years that do not dissolve with conventional blood thinners. Thanks to these vaccines, we can't remove them from the body. We cannot remove informational RNA or collagen protein from the body due to the fact that they are constantly produced.

Fourth and final domain. Immune disorders, vaccine-induced thrombocytopaenia and myositis are early acute illness syndromes, well described, published. They have their own acronyms, all agreed by regulatory agencies, so everyone in the area and everyone who listens on the net can ask if it's me, if it's a associate of my family, or if it's my loved 1 who's gonna be the next individual to fall after the vaccine. We witnessed a cardiac arrest, 2 years after these injections, 2 years.

I'm the main author of the largest death autopsy always done in the planet after the vaccination on Covid-19. We searched literature, 600 papers, all clinical findings. We reviewed them with modern cognition of experts in the field of pathology and clinical medicine. Our conclusion: 73.9 percent of deaths after vaccination are due to vaccine. This is due to the vaccine if myocarditis is suspected. In the second occupation I am the main author, in 100% cases this is due to a vaccine, not a respiratory illness caused by Covid-19.

In 2023, do not fall for false narrative. Medical literature at this phase convinces that Bradford Hill's causal link criteria have been fulfilled. Vaccines origin this immense wave of diseases. Now it could be you and your family. A fewer crucial publications at the end. 1 of them, by Schmelling and colleagues in Denmark, showed that about 30 percent of those who were vaccinated had no side effects. Nothing, even a sore arm, even the impression that something happened after the injection. It seems that these people feel good forever, as if they didn't shoot and found the data to be the same in the United States.

The second group includes about 70 percent of people and they have any average side effects. There are any problems, but they do not seem to have truly serious events. They represent a much bigger problem than helping the European Union, and I am convinced that the European Union, the United States and all major stakeholders should in fact retreat completely from the WHO and leave the WHO to its own efforts. They must have no case law, no authority over what we do in the wellness ministry. WHO will never have power over what I do as a doctor with patients in my practice. I'm Dr. Peter McCullough.
