High punishment for TVN. The Court of Appeal acknowledged KRRIT

On Monday, the National Broadcasting Council announced that the Court of Appeal in Warsaw upheld the decision to impose a punishment of PLN 80 1000 on TVN S.A.. The sanction concerns the interruption of the “Facts” information service with advertising, which took place on 23 June 2023.
