Putin's Emissary on Ukraine. "We're close."

Special envoy of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Kirill Dmitriev, who participates in the peace talks on Ukraine, assured that Russia, the US and Ukraine are close to the " Diplomatic Solution" on ending the war in Ukraine. Dmitriev gave an interview to American tv channels CNN and Fox News during his stay in Washington.
