Get the Russians to the moon!

Jarosław Lindenberg | To change the location of the Russian embassy in Warsaw, it is not adequate to vote on the resolution and oblige the government to implement it. A small bit more is needed: the agreement of the Russian Federation, and this would inactive affect paying this country the amount it would require for the land and the building.
