Although the experts disagree on the scope of the judgement in Luxembourg and its effects, there is no uncertainty that the anticipation that the courts may disregard the lower instance of decisions of the ultimate Court with at least 1 alleged neo jurisprudence may aggravate the paralysis of the judiciary.
