The Constitutional Court declared it unconstitutional - changes in the organisation of spiritual lessons in public schools and kindergartens, consisting in the elimination of the inclusion of the grade from religion into average ratings. The Court points out that its judgments are universally binding and final and that the absence of immediate publication constitutes an act contrary to the law which may consequence in legal liability - including criminal liability. On the another hand, the government does not recognise the judgments of the Constitutional Court, citing the resolution of 6 March 2024 on the removal of the effects of the constitutional crisis. The resulting chaos concerns the principals of schools, catechists and students who will not know what rules to comply with.
