The Law of 21 April 2005 on licence fees (applies to the alleged RTV subscription) rather widely states that the tv or radio receiver (which must be registered and paid by it RTV subscription) is any method device adapted to the reception of the program (TV or radio, respectively). Thus, people who watch tv shows and perceive to radios on a computer, mobile phone, tablet or another electronic multi-function devices are required to registry and pay subscription fees. This is what the ultimate Administrative Court ruled in its judgement of 7 March 2023. Identical is besides the position of the Polish Post Office, whose authorised employees have the right to control the performance of the obligations of registration of receivers and payment of RTV subscriptions.
