The supplemental benefit was introduced by the Act of 31 July 2019 on supplementary benefit for persons incapable to be independently. specified allowance shall be granted to those who:
they live in Poland;
have Polish nationality, right of residence or right of permanent residence in Poland;
are 18 years old;
have a declaration of incapacity for independent existence/declaration of full incapacity for work and incapacity for independent existence/order of full incapacity for work on the farm and incapacity for independent existence/declaration of full incapacity for service and incapacity for independent existence;
