Accident involving Minister of Culture. There's a D.A.'s decision

The Warsaw territory Attorney's Office applied to the court for conditional dismissal of proceedings against Marty Cienkowska. The case concerns an accident in the centre of Warsaw, in which the Minister of Culture participated last April.
