MON Vice-Chief Cezary Tomczyk stressed that the usage of alarm sirens on Saturday morning in Lubartów was 'an accident at work'. According to him, specified situations happen rarely, and all time specified a situation occurs, society becomes smarter due to the fact that people see how crucial alarms are.
