"Made at Opposition MP". TK considered the "lex Romanowski" provisions unconstitutional

Controlled by the Law and Justice, the Court found the law unconstitutional, which the coalition wanted to deprive Marcin Romanowski of his parliamentary money. The conviction was passed with the participation of defectively elected "dublers" to the TK.
