These amounts depend on the scope of the thermo-modernisation and associated installations:

  • People deciding on full thermomodernisation with installation of photovoltaic microinstallation can number on a grant to 135 1000 PLN.
  • In the case of increased grants, support may scope 99 1000 PLN.
  • For the basic level of the grant, the maximum amount shall be PLN 60 thousand.
  • Additionally, you can receive to 1 200 PLN for energy auditwhich helps to specify precisely the degree of the essential modernisation.

How to get funding? Step-by-step procedure

To apply for a grant, it is essential to:

  1. Prepare documents certifying the position of owner or co-owner of the building/household.
  2. Request to the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management – it can be done online or personally.
  3. To meet the method conditions for replacement windows, fresh insulation standards and method requirements from 2021 must be met.
  4. Exchange all the windows in the building, including roof windows.
  5. After completion of the investment settlement of grants on the basis of costs incurred and invoices submitted.
