Publishing Review by prof. Dorota Heck (cover fragment):
However, we are dealing with an alternate past here. In this category, Marek Baterowicz turned out to be completely original. erstwhile this genre of the fresh was read with pleasance in fresh decades, it was close to fantasy (e.g. Storm Maciej Parowski) or satyr (e.g. Post-Polonia, or Review of the gameplay by Marcin Wolski). Baterovich's top artistic success is to compose an alternate communicative as if it were a story.
It's real. Well, briefly, seriously and convincingly.

From the introduction of Mark Baterovich:
This communicative of another variant of the war of 1812 fits into the fashionable “alternative story” which has been cultivated by many authors for years. This game or intellectual fun even tempts historians. And it's about creating a imagination of past based on another verdicts of history...
Without falling into specified utmost conjecture, I dealt with a more modest hypothesis: what if Napoleon, alternatively of going to Moscow, marched on Petersburg?
It was St. Petersburg that was the capital of Russia, and as early as 1712, all offices were moved there, and the intent of the raids in the past of the planet was the capitals. Meanwhile, Bonaparte chose to march to Moscow, although between Vitebsk and Smolensk (in August) he hesitated to go to Newa. Eventually, the fatal obsession to conquer Moscow (ville sainte!) became the origin of his disaster. Mysterious strategical errors in a military genius are astonishing to this day. Unfortunately, busy with a doctorate (1994–1998) on Spanish influences on French poets of the 16th and 17th centuries, besides writing a naval fresh about the French caravan expedition to India (1503) or weekly columns on Polish subjects and another works – the imagination of Napoleon's alternate run could only be addressed recently, in 2019. past offers us different alternatives that take distant either destiny or deficiency of reason. The most common is the second: Quantilla sapientia regiment mundus1.
