INTRODUCTION

1. The disaster of the Polish government plane Tu-154M on 10 April 2010 in Smolensk, Russia, in which 96 people of the state delegation, ecclesiastical, military and artistic delegations were killed, going to an anniversary celebration commemorating the Katyn massacre, among which were 2 presidents of the Republic of Poland – president Lech Kaczyński and the last president in exile Ryszard Kaczorowski, was a landmark event in the modern past of the world, and its circumstances stay a mystery to this day, which is inactive being explained.

2. many and objectively astounding circumstances surrounding the disaster, before, during and after its occurrence, and especially in connection with the recognition of its causes, the blurring of traces and the exploitation of its effects, seem peculiar.

3. The full of the circumstances surrounding the Smolensk disaster oscillates between 2 scenarios: (a) the officially applicable – unfortunate accident with the decisive meaning of the errors attributed to pilots and (b) the independently suspected – calculated assassination indicated on the basis of many facts and conclusive evidence.

4. In principle, the first script is followed by the state and authoritative apparatus of the Republic of Poland, in the form of the Commission of Jerzy Miller and Maciej Lask, and the Russian Federation, represented by the Commission of Tatjana Anodina, while the second 1 is supported by investigation efforts by teams of not only Polish scientists and journalists from all over the world.

5. Consternation of public opinion creates active engagement on 1 side of mainstream-political dispute, identified with the Civic Platform, in formulating absurd assumptions and making unlawful decisions, as well as ceasing further efforts to accomplish a definitive explanation of the causes and enforcement of work on the another side, identified with the Law and Justice.

6. The nationally loyal part of Polish society is incapable to reconcile and realize how there may have been omissions, which for 8 years the regulation of law and justice in Poland has not led to the definitive determination of the causes of the disaster and the formulation of the position of the Polish state, heard and respected internationally.

7. Regardless of the Russian Federation's acquisition of Polish property in the form of debris of a crashed aircraft, the Polish side had and inactive has dozens of conclusive evidence which clearly indicates the detonation as a direct origin of the disaster, and yet did not appear to allies from the North Atlantic Pact, just as the United States did after September 11, 2001.

8. The continuing inaction and helplessness of the Polish state towards the Russian Federation, which does not give distant the wreckage of the plane, and towards the United States (the Russia-based replacement war in Ukraine), which does not uncover the satellite images or recordings from electronic listening, proves not only the mediocre quality of Polish leadership, but besides the strength of the global system.

9. Since Poland is now placed on the front line of possible conflict with Russia, the Euro-American West should be useful for Smolensk circumstances to further antagonize Poles and Russians. However, if this is not the case, there must be much more serious geostrategic, geopolitical, geo-economic and geo-technical conditions than can be imagined on the basis of planet warfare.

10. Comparing 4 aspects – engineering, legal, political, and media-based Smolensk disaster, it can be compared to the world's intimidating importance of dropping atomic bombs on nipponese cities in August 1945, after which the American order of the planet came. After April 10, 2010, there is simply a constitution, or alternatively a constitution, of the global order of the world, the imagination of which is globally integrated wars.

11. From the point of view of the safety of the Polish State, but besides of the safety of any modern state, the Smolensk Disaster bearing the many features of an assassination involving a national and world-wide collusion of silence is simply a paralysing informing and overpowering imperatives beyond and beyond the national global system, announcing the closure of the era of global relations, under the threat of a categorical – cognitive-kinetic violation of sovereignist signs and aspirations, as evidenced by the instigated hegemonic wars as against Iran yet in order to submit to the model of Venezuela.
