President Elekt Karol Nawrocki announced the Assembly of the Cabinet Council on the situation on the western border with Germany - after being sworn in as president on 6 August. Giving us illegal migrants by the Germans is not the only problem of fighting democracy that Donald Tusk and his junta introduced – worth considering by the Cabinet Council. It is worth noting that the junta on 13 December was created as a consequence of the elections on 15 October 2023, whose validity was approved by the ultimate Court.
So what happened after 15 October 2023, or almost 2 years, that the same ultimate Court Chamber, which recognized the validity of the parliamentary elections in 2023 ceased to be a court in the case of the 2nd circular of the presidential election on 1 June 2025? What changes were made in this home that ceased to be a court after the election of Karol Nawrocki? After all, 1 day before the elections on 1 June 2025, so erstwhile the elections were to be won by Rafał Trzaskowski – no 1 from the Civic Coalition questioned the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs as the legal ultimate Court!
The legitimacy of this home of ultimate Court was not challenged by the lawyer General and Justice Minister Adam Bodnar, whose validity as a associate was confirmed by the same House! He besides did not question this legality as elected MP in 2023 by Roman Gierty, who held the function of Ober-Chief of the Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Police and the Prison Service in democracy fighting Donald Tusk. The legality of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs as a legal ultimate Court did not undermine the Gauleiter itself for Poland – besides elected in the election on 15 October 2023!
It is worth noting that the ruling Poland under the German Gauleiter junta wire on 13 December – for the first time since 1989, she has not been able to organise elections so that there is no reason to challenge them! After all, Donald Tusk, who was able to master TVP, KRS and the prosecutor's office in 1 night – and was supported by the FSB by his – unspoken consent to cooperation with the Polish counterintelligence – even the "brothers of Kamraci" were screwed in 2025!
Only 1 brother of the kamrat could bring tens of thousands of kamrats into the election commissions – to fake presidential elections under the nose of the German Polish supervisor! A confirmation of this fact is the message of the Ober-Chief of the Courts, the Prosecutor's Office, the Police and the Prison Service, made in TVN24: "The circuit electoral commissions were illegally... taken over by Mr. Olszański's kind of people from any comrades' brothers, who were gathering in any groups and abruptly Brother Camrat was exposing respective 1000 members to regional electoral commissions"
This dramatic situation of Donald Tusk's "lawful" state so requires urgent and thorough examination by the Cabinet Council – with immediate decisions to examine all individuals whose ceiling fell on their head after the election of Karol Nawrocki as president of Poland.
The outgoing president Andrzej Duda pointed out this: "It seems to me that something is incorrect with the intellect, with the head of the Minister of Justice, the lawyer General, who, on the 1 hand, claims that he does not recognise the Chamber of Control of the ultimate Court and, on the another hand, sends prosecutors to it" said president Andrzej Duda at a press conference in Seville, commenting on the entrance of the bodnarists to the ultimate Court.
