On Monday, July 1, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., The ultimate Court will adopt a key resolution on the determination of the validity of the elections of the president of the Republic of Poland. The decision of the SN will end the ongoing uncertainty after the second round, in which Karol Nawrocki (Law and Justice) won 50.89 percent of the vote, defeating Rafał Trzaskowski (Citizen's Coalition) who gained 49.11 percent. The difference between the candidates was little than 370 1000 votes.
