Local elections in France. Open places, in many cities the consequence will be decided by the second round

In France, self-government elections began, in which voters would elect city and municipality councils for a six-year term. In many towns the consequence can be settled already in the first round, but most of the average and large cities - including Paris - will be the second circular scheduled for 22 March.
