Recommendations on electoral tourism must be based on 2 basic elements – the estimated number of seats in a given constituency for which we support the list and the vote in a constituency understood as the average number of votes in a single constituency
In my recommendations I follow 1 iron regulation – if individual decides to leave and vote in another constituency, he votes for the same organization for which he would give his vote where he lives. Electoral tourism must be neutral for national support for individual opposition lists.
When deciding to vote in another constituency, vote in it for the candidate you are convinced of. Take the time to compare candidates in the constituency where you vote.
The advice is based on the state of cognition at the end of the day 12.10.20203.
Anyone making a decision to vote in another constituency must be aware that his decision may contribute to a decline in the support of his preferred list in the constituency from which he leaves, which may consequence in a smaller number of seats being obtained in that constituency by the organization he supports. The direction of electoral tourism is chosen so that the likelihood that this vote will contribute to an increase in the number of seats in the mark territory is greater than the likelihood of the failure of a seat in the constituency.
Third Road – 13.10.2023
In 2019, the Polish Coalition consisting mainly of PSL and Kukiz15, with a nationwide score of 8,55% won 30 tickets. She had a large problem with support in districts with the largest cities. In typical urban districts of the Silesian Voivodeship, she did not win any mandate. Szymon Holovnia, in the 2020 presidential election, gained even support across the country. It can be assumed that the 3rd Way coalition now has the support to guarantee that it fights for parliamentary seats in all constituency, in any 3rd Way districts it will most likely get 2 tickets. It can be assumed that support for the 3rd Way may be higher than the national average in districts where the PSL was traditionally strong. These are the districts of Płock, Tarnów, Saw, Kalisz

Percentage support for the Polish Coalition in electoral districts obtained in the 2019 parliamentary election.
Recommendations of electoral tourism for 3rd Way voters are based on the presumption that the territory where voters leave from, the 3rd Road has unchangeable support for the first mandate, and election tourism supports the fight for the second mandate in the mark district. This frequently means directing voters from 2 districts to one.
Districts 38 Saw, 39 Poznań, 40 Koszalin
In constituency 38 The 3rd Road has a real chance of a second mandate. The advice is to support this fight with electoral tourism from the districts of 39 Poznań and 40 Koszalin, where the 3rd Road has unchangeable support to get 1 mandate each.
Districts 11 Sieradz, 36 Kalisz, 37 Konin
In constituency 11 The 3rd Road has a real chance of a second mandate. The advice is to support this fight with electoral tourism from the districts of 36 Kalisz and 37 Konin, where the 3rd Road has unchangeable support to get 2 tickets in Kalisz and 1 in Konin.
Districts 20 Podwarszawski, 16 Płock, 18 Siedlce
In the Podwarszawski territory the 3rd Road has a certain first ticket and there is no real chance for a second ticket. Voters from this territory should support neighbouring districts. 3rd Road voters surviving in districts west of Vistula should consider voting in territory 16 – Plock, where the 3rd Road fights for a second mandate. Voters of the 3rd Road from territory 20 who live east of the Vistula should vote for their organization in territory 18 of Siedlce. This is essential so that the additional KO voters from Warsaw who will vote in this territory do not deprive the 3rd Way of the first mandate, by expanding the number of votes needed to get the first mandate.
Other districts
For the another constituency, it is hard to foretell the impact of electoral tourism on the consequence counted in the mandates for the KO. Our advice is to vote at home.
Practical actions
If, after reading these recommendations, you want to vote for the 3rd Road in another constituency, choice the candidate you will vote for in the constituency.
For election tourism to be effective, information about the advice must scope the widest possible audience. This is only possible erstwhile actively promoting this information among voters of a given political option.
