Secondary katyn lie with nuremberg in the background

The global Military Court in Nuremberg – a judicial body appointed after the Second planet War in order to justice Nazi war criminals occurred from 20 November 1945 until the judgement was delivered on 1 October 1946.

At the Nuremberg trials, Katyn's case was not resolved, and the guilt failed to be blamed on the Germans. For the Allies, this case was uncomfortable due to the fact that Russia was their ally. It was only during the Cold War that the U.S. legislature set up a commission for Katyn's case (unless 1951), which found the USSR guilty. study from this commission below.

So it was not possible to blame the Germans for Katyn. specified was the accusation of Proc. Andrej Januariewicz Wyszynski (Andrzej Wyszyński), a russian individual movement activist, lawyer, Stalinist prosecutor and diplomat, a Pole of origin. In the Nuremberg trial Katyn's conviction did not include.

The Allies were perfectly aware of who did it. Another thing they wanted to know about.

Moscow was not helped by the basic Katyn lie, which was primitively constructed, in the form of “Special Commission Communication to find and analyse the circumstances of the execution of fascist invaders in the forest of Katyn Polish officers”. This message was published by the diary “Truth” on January 26, 1944, signed, among others, by Stalinist activists Nikolay Burdenko – president of the committee, Alexy Tolstoy, Nicholas – metropolitan. Krakowski "Dziennik Polski" printed this message entirely in the issue dated 5 March 1953. The Communication is in my book “Polish Photography” from 2000.

I quote from the message:

"The peculiar Committee had extended material provided by a associate of the Extraordinary State Commission, a associate of the N. Burdenko Academy of Sciences, his co-workers and forensic and medical experts who arrived in Smolensk on September 26, 1943, immediately after the liberation of this city and conducted a preliminary investigation and examination of the circumstances of all crimes committed by the Germans. The peculiar Commission checked and determined on the place that on the Vitebsk highway, close the Katyń forest 15 km from Smolensk, in a village called Kozie Głów at 200 m from the road, southwestward towards Dniepr, there are graves in which prisoners of war Poles are buried – shot by German occupiers. On the advice of the peculiar Committee and in the presence of all members of the peculiar Committee, and experts in the court-doctoral graves were dug. Large amounts of corpses were found in Polish military uniforms. The full number of corpses as calculated by medical examiners is 11 thousand. The medical examiners conducted a detailed examination of the bodies recovered and of the papers and evidence of evidence found at the bodies and graves.

At the same time as digging graves and examining corpses, the peculiar Committee interviewed many witnesses from the local population, whose evidence strictly determines the time and circumstances of the crimes committed by the German occupiers.

Witnesses, fragments of testimony:

– Sashniewa Maria Aleksandrovna, teacher of the simple school in the village of Zienkowo testified: ....has hidden a prisoner of war from the camp in her home in the village of Zienkowo... The name is written in the book “Practical Activities in Nature” on the last page. In the lists published by the Germans, Łojek Józef, a lieutenant, is listed at number 3796, as being shot in “The Goat Head” in the Katyn Forest, in the spring of 1940. According to German information, therefore, Lojek Joseph was shot a year before Sashniev's witness saw him.

– N. Danilenkov, a peasant from the collective farm “Krasnaja Zaria” testified ... in 1941 in August – September, erstwhile Germans came, I met Poles working on the road groups of 15 – 20 people. The same evidence was given by witnesses of Sołdatienkov – b. the village chieftain Borok, A. Kołaczev – a doctor from Smolensk, A. Oglobin – a clergyman, T. Sergeyev – an engineer, A. Moskowska – a resident of M. Smolensk, A. Alekseyev – a president of a kolochoz in the village Borok, I. Kucew – a technician – a plumber, W. Gorodecki – a clergyman, A. Baziekin – a buchalterka, I. Sawwateyev – a work station Gniezdowo and others.

The presence of prisoners of war – Poles in the area of Smolensk in the autumn of 1941 besides confirms the fact that the Germans conducted many manhunts for prisoners of war who escaped from the camps, as testified by witnesses I. Kartoszkin, b. the chieftain of the village of Nowe Baticki – M. Zacharow, N. Danilenkow. T. Fatkow's witness – the collective worker, testified: The hunt in search of prisoners – Poles were carried out respective times. This was in August-September 1941. After September 1941, specified raids ceased and no 1 saw prisoners of war – Poles anymore.

Another witness states: Germany dealt with dark cases.

Shots were heard – shot – witness Aleksiev ... POWs – Poles were shot”

Lavrientij Beria – The People's Commissioner for the Interior of the USSR addressed to Józef Stalin a note No. 794/B (794/Б), in which, after defining that Polish prisoners of war (14,736 people – including 97 percent Poles) and prisoners in Western Belarus and Ukraine prisons (18,632 people, of which 1,207 officers – including a full of 57 percent Poles) constitute “declared and unpromising hopes of improving the enemies of russian power”, stated that the NKVD of the USSR considers it justified:

The execution of 14.7 1000 prisoners and 12,000 prisoners, without summoning convicts, without presenting charges, without deciding to end the investigation and the indictment,

order to consider cases and to make decisions to the 3 members: Wsiołod Mierkulov (written manually most likely by Stalin above the deleted name of Beria), Bogdan Kobulov, Leonid Basztak.

The note has 4 supporting signatures: Stalin, Voroshilov, Molotov and Mikojana, and the additions – Kalinin – for, Kaganovich – for. According to the memo, the KC WPK (b) issued Decision No P13/144 with the content proposed by Beria on that day.

The reasons for specified a decision are presently the subject of logical structures, as no direct decision-makers have disclosed or left any justification. The suspicions of revenge, including individual Stalin, for defeat in the 1920 war are raised, which is, however, powerfully contested. According to another opinions, the reason was the desire to deprive the Polish nation of the leadership layer, an intellectual elite whose representatives were murdered officers, in part of the reserve. The motive may besides have been the desire to clear the back area before the planned attack war on Germany. The fact that the most incriminating papers are carefully stored is explained as Stalin's conscious policy of common hiding and collective responsibility. The above views are expressed, among others, by Jerzy Pomianowski.

The names of the direct assassins are known, including in Polish Wikipedia.

"US legislature Resolution.

The memory of Katyn.

On Friday, the U.S. legislature unanimously passed a resolution on commemoration of Polish officers and civilians murdered in Katyn and another places of mass Stalinist murders carried out on Poles in April and May 1940. The resolution was passed on the initiative of Republican Senators; Jesse Helms and William Roth, and politician Barbara Mikulski and Joseph Biden.

In the spring of 1940 thousands of Polish prisoners of war were murdered in the Katyn Forest by russian troops. These brave people died for the freedom and independency of Poland. Their assassination was part of Stalin's action to destruct the Polish nation by murdering its leaders," said Senator Mikulski on the occasion of the resolution.

Barbara Mikulski for many years demanded the USSR to uncover the fact about Katyn – she wrote, among others, letters on this substance to the last leader of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev. Moscow confessed to the crime in 1990.

The legislature honors Polish officers, government officials and civilians who were murdered in April and May 1940 by the NKVD (...) legislature calls on everyone to remember and worship the victims of this execution and another victims of communism, so that specified crimes will never happen again," states the legislature resolution.

USA 12 April 2010

Resolution commemorating victims of the Katyn crime and tragedy at Smolensk:

Richard Lugar filed a motion for a resolution in the U.S. legislature in honor of 22,000 officers murdered in the woods close Katynia and 96 disaster victims on April 10.

The text expresses “compassion for the families of the victims” of both tragic events and declares “support for the Polish people erstwhile it rebuilds the leadership of the institutions of the highest authorities which suffered a shock after the crash of April 10.”

After April 10, 2010, the Polish government handed over the investigation of the Smolensk disaster to Russia. In the past of investigative bodies in Poland conducting investigations, this is an unprecedented case for the fishy to become a prosecutor in his own case. After all, the prosecutor Poland did not exclude the game from the investigation. It sounds like a grim joke, but it is apparent cruel cynicism, arrogance and spitting the Polish nation in the face by the “brother” Polish-Soviet alliance. Unfortunately, a large social group behaves as if it is not known by the historical drama of the contemporary martyrdom of the Polish nation. They most likely don't ask themselves how many of their fathers and grandparents died in the NKVD and PRL safety Service cases? How many were taken to Russia, Siberia and Kazakhstan, where they died in torment? These questions are not convenient for the agential "politically correct" governing team.

In an interview with the Russian Interfax agency, the “Diary ” of February 6, 2008, stated Donald Tusk’s answer to the question: “So your government will not, like its predecessors, request an apology for Katyn ? “I do not agree with the erstwhile cabinet. I don't think calling anyone to apologize is the task of politicians.”

"And it was about killing members of the Polish elite: officers, doctors, teachers, to deprive the Nation of leadership and to subdue it more easily. The Soviets did so in agreement with the Nazis / before the German-Soviet war broke out in June 1941 / who pursued the same policy towards the most aware of their Polish citizenship of the Republic”. 12.04.2013 – Fr Piotr Szubarczyk, Fr Zdzisław J. Peszkowski, Małgorzata Rutkowska. ”

The murders were methodical, according to plan. Since autumn 1939, Soviets have been carrying out an operation of “bezholenia”, that is, “head cut off”, as the Prime Minister of the Polish Government Tusk, a historian, of course, knew.

It should not be forgotten that the Soviets had the approval of representatives of allied states after planet War II, Winston Churchill or F. D. Roosevelt.

Historian Aleksander Szirokograd admits that in the 1940s a terrible crime was committed under Smolensk. But is it truly the responsibility of the USSR leaders for this tragedy,” he asks?

In his opinion, there is no convincing evidence that it was the Russians and not the Germans who committed the crime. He argues with a kind of string. He further proves that there was another method in the NKVD: his executioners fired from mauzers up into the victim's first cervical circle, while Germans, utilizing individual weapons, aimed at the back of the head.

Meanwhile, the Russian net portal ” Gazieta . ru wrote about Tusk after his visit to Moscow: “Our man in Warsaw “. /! ♪ Oh, yeah ♪

Following the above records there is an apparent recognition of methods of mating and Katyn lies 1940 – 2010. Like the story was the founding slogan of the Polish People's Republic – the silence of Katyń Mordu, so present a secondary Katyń lie was born. It is not applicable to name names erstwhile Putin's message about Poles killing russian prisoners during the Polish-Bolshevik War in 1920 was named a secondary Katyn lie.

The actions of the russian agentate since the dawn, through Leninist crimes committed by the squad with Dzierżynski committed by CZEK, NKWD, later GPU – KGB, FSB are mostly known. After all, russian and Russian services are dry in the championship of methods of murder, mating and lies.

In a way refined from the tragedy on 10 April 2010 for more than 7 months, the Polish media supply a regular condition of “new discoveries and facts” related to the Smolensk disaster, all for the complete confusion of the image of the tragedy.

Recently, the Russian prosecutor's office dropped the April evidence of the Russian flight controllers. These are partially successful attempts to “reject” the intellectual Polish society.

For example, Miller states on 1 day that he does not know anything about the cutting of parts of the aircraft by the Russian services, then lies that parts of the aircraft were taken for the intent of conducting the tests. Sergei Lavrow – Russian abroad Minister declares that the smashing of windows, cutting of installation wires, cutting of metallic parts of the aircraft, if any, was performed by hooligans. The next step is to throw out red. Anita Gargas from public tv for revealing the feats of “chulling” and precise pictures of cutting wires, smashing windows and cutting metallic parts of the aircraft by uniformed russian services in the program “Special Mission” including the decommissioning of the program.

Both countries are clearly ready, but it is not clear what the government “Russian Gaziet” says on 9 November 2010, commenting on the visit of Russian abroad Minister Sergei Lawrow in Poland.

Today's lies and matts of the MAK with its president Generalissimo Tatiana Anodina, the successor of N. Burdenko, acting jointly and in agreement with the Polish Government, i.e. Donald Tuski, Jerzy Miller and Edward Klich are no different from the Katyn lie of 1940, built by the commission of Nikolai Burdenko. The same mating procedure, the same names for fact defenders / committee of Antoni Macierewicz /. Same consequences.

The link between the death of erstwhile Deputy Minister of Transport Eugeniusz Wróbel and the explanation of the causes of the Smolensk disaster is found “Our Journal”. The paper suggests that the "unlike circumstances" of the death of the deputy minister in the government of the Law and the prominent scientist in the field of aviation technology indicate that individual may have wanted to prevent the Sparrow from doing the work of experts who will analyse and comment on the final study on Smolensk.

Dr. Ing. Eugeniusz Wróbel was 1 of the best specialists in the field of computer flight control systems in Poland. “Our Dziennik” notes that Wróbel, a lecturer at the Silesian University of Technology, met all the criteria to be appointed as an expert of the Polish prosecutor investigating the Smolensk catastrophe.

Wróbel was 1 of a fewer experts who are well-informed in aviation and are able to make a substantive assessment of the Moscow Interstate Aviation Committee document. Six months after the crash and 3 days before the MAK publication of the study on the causes of the crash at Smolensk Sewierna Sparrow Airport, it is improbable that it will die. In private conversations, he was to question that the wreckage in Siewierz was TU-154 Lux with a side number of 101.

Monopolistic power ends media sealing, disposing of independent journalists. The monopolists have got everything. They were disposed of in the assassination of a threatening elite with the president of Poland at the head. The coup d'état, i.e. before the proven death of Lech Kaczyński was created the president Bronisław Komorowski, which resulted in the collapse of the last bastion of Polishness.

Crimes in Katyn in 1940 were fired in the back of the head, present a plane crash was staged.

"III Poland under the regulation of the Civic Platform builds another utopia: Polish-Russian reconciliation. The prosecution's fresh findings confirm what we knew from the very beginning that the thought of organising 2 ceremonies on Katyn's 70th anniversary was the consequence of Putin's – Tusk arrangements erstwhile Colonel Putin first invited Donald Tusk to visit Russia, and a fewer days later informed him that he would not be able to attend the central ceremonies held on April 10, 2010. Therefore, both prime ministers set a fresh common date for the Katyn gathering on 7 April.

There is simply a fresh peculiar symbolism in this. The Polish Prime Minister accepted the Russian script of celebrations in which any Poles were to worship murdered Polish officers in Katyn together with the Russian authorities, and the another with the president at the head without their participation." Wojciech Reszczyński "Our Poland" 16 November 2010

Prof. dr hab. Mirosław Dakowski made an expert study on the Smolensk disaster, which was published by Virtual Poland.

Mirosław Dakowski – Polish physicist, prof. dr hab. From 1940 to 1946 Sybirak. In 1997 he obtained a "belvedere" professorship for his work in atomic physics (splitting and collisions of dense ions). The author of about seventy technological papers reviewed, constantly quoted (most of them from the alleged "philadelphian list"). Head of the Renewable Energy Plant at the Podlasie Academy in Siedlce.

In 1959 – ca. 1989 he worked at the Institute for atomic investigation in Świerk. 8 years worked as a physicist abroad (Dubna in USSR, Saclay and Orsay – France, Darmstadt – Germany). In the 1990s he worked at the University of Warsaw, at the State Atomics Agency, at the Central Planning Office, the Agency for Technology and Technology and at the Higher Agricultural and Pedagogical School in Siedlce. He claims that the results of radiation measurements and post-harmaceutical hazards in Chernobyl have been falsified[1].

Since 1995 he has taught at the Podlasie Academy in Siedlce and has a Renewable Energy Plant there. Since around 1985 the User's Energy and Energy respect Movement has been building in Poland. Since 1990, he has been an animator of the Energy respect Group. He was (1990) the task promoter of the Energy respect Agency under the Prime Minister. He sits on the Programme Council of the quarterly "Rurostri".

Professor Mirosław Dakowski 9 11 2010 testified for 2 hours at the Military Prosecutor's Office in Nowowiejska, Warsaw. The content of the evidence itself is of course secret, but the prof. gave Virtual Poland to usage the material / expert /:

– In a situation where detailed cognition of the parameters of the Tu-154M flight end is reserved exclusively for the Russian side, all data recorders are seized by the suspect, even the first of the alleged "third box" has been handed over to them, we have a powerful weapon – the usage of non-variable and irrefutable laws of logic and the laws of nature, or "rights of preservation" of physics.

Since there was no 100% certainty (as the photographs show) on the “Serial” crater proving that the airframe had been “putting” into the ground, there are no accelerations of 40-100 g, which we read in the reports from the MAK committee. In any case, there are no arguments for specified accelerations as they spoke of and provided for the “experts” of the investigation. Many of the bodies and faces of the victims of the catastrophe saw their loved ones, among others, and mainly the face of late Lech Kaczyński. In this case, there is besides a paper available – the autopsy report. No 1 signaled the sighting of typical inevitable injuries at an overload of 40 to 100 g. This fact lies to Russian claims (confirmed by B. Klich, among others) about the occurrence of specified large overloads. Photos of the first moments after the crash show cockpit (pilot compartment). There is no compartment on the board of the airport. Conclusion: it was exported and then most likely emptied from the measuring apparatus recording method flight conditions (i.e. evidence of causes and course of the crash) and later blown up in the explosion. The passenger compartment with known velocity and acceleration parameters could not break into more than 2 or 3 parts. Known airframe kinetic energy is not adequate to teardrop the hull into a immense amount of parts; unknown physics would besides be a process, a way of specified disintegration. The fact that the hull is spread to tens of thousands of tiny fractions and large parts, due to the message made by prosecutor Andrzej Seremet that “no conventional detonation occurred on board”, indicates an detonation of “unconventional” cargo. The detonation of, for example, a thermo-volumetric bomb at the time of the hull stopping with 2-4 seconds is the origin of specified destructive "splitage". For this reason, we justified the request for exhumation as early as 2 May.

In the light of these facts, the refusal requested by relatives of victims of exhumation, e.g. in order to carry out spectrometric tests, is simply a mattage and should be prosecuted expeditiously. This hypothesis can and should be checked with the essential exhumation of the victims' bodies as shortly as possible. Proposed method: search utilizing mass spectrometry of metal-organic compounds and other, characteristic for specified bombs or charges.

Prof. Mirosław Dakowski made a notification to the prosecutor about the crime:

As a prof. of average physics, professionally engaged, and as a didactician, motion dynamics and behaviour laws (drive, momentum, etc.), as well as the strength of materials, I have made and have calculations showing that the accelerations upon contact with the ground or trees of the plane's hull ranged from 0.4 to 4 g (g – acceleration of the earth), making it highly improbable, with the revealed method of contacting the hull with obstacles, the fatal descent of all persons on board during and due to braking. It was besides impossible, with the possible failure of a part of wing of known size at a tallness of a fewer meters, to execute a half-cattle by the airframe over the ground.
  2. The hull, treated in calculations as a pipe, mostly of dural reinforced ribs, had to stay full erstwhile sliding around the grove, or divided into two, at most 3 parts. Its decay into tens of thousands of parts is contrary to the mechanical strength of hull material. This indicates the certainty that the hull decay occurred for another reasons, easy to find.
  3. The calculations made, on the basis of the revealed soundtrack records from the black box, indicate different, fluctuating and variable speeds of the airframe (e.g. 59 km/h or 158 km/h; this is contrary to the rule of maintaining momentum), at the catalogue minimum possible velocity Tu 154 in a unchangeable flight of 270 km/h. This is clear, certain proof that the people or the company submitting these records to the Polish side were falsifying the first records of the box.

The laws of physics and the laws of logic are absolutely binding. They cannot be changed due to the fact that they are laws of nature; they stand above the "laws" of geo-political or sociology.

I propose that the Prosecutor's Office participate my and well-known specialists in mechanics, motion dynamics, electronics and computer discipline (in the field of 3D trajectory) in the substantive part of the Smolensk investigation. We're not curious in the political side.

In Krakow, during the celebration commemorating the anniversary of 11 November, Piotr Szubarczyk the historian from the Gdańsk branch of the IPN gave the participants the speech of the late Janusz Kurtyka president of the IPN of 17 March 2010 given by the Informational Radio Agency:

"During the gathering in Krakow, on 11 November independency Day, I recalled a forgotten message by the president of IPN, the late Janusz Kurtyka, quoted by the Information Radio Agency 24 days before the Smolensk tragedy.

In view of the way in which the Russian authorities, with the approval of the Polish authorities, are presently conducting the alleged Smolensk investigation, I considered that Janusz Kurtyka's message is simply a peculiar memento for us surviving – especially erstwhile the president warns that the current Polish-Russian relations are beginning to match the relations of the 18th century, from the period of partitions of the Republic.”

Here is simply a message from the Radio Agency:

Russia tries to divide Polish political elites

Informational Radio Agency, March 17, 2010

*The president of the IPN believes that during the celebration of the Katyn anniversary Russia is trying to divide Polish political elites. Janusz Kurtyka said in Programme III of Polish Radio that the behaviour of Ambassador Vladimir Grinin resembles Polish-Russian relations in the 18th century.

President Kurtika warns Polish politicians against engaging in a game that serves only the interests of our neighbour. This can lead to a situation where Russia's voice will decide on interior issues in Poland – Kurtika believes. He added that the issue of celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Katyń execution could service as a precedent.

Janusz Kurtyka emphasizes that on the occasion of an crucial anniversary for us, Russia is trying to quarrel with the president and Prime Minister. The most crucial people in the country must not be played by a abroad state on the occasion of a symbolic and traumatic anniversary for Poles," added the president of the IPN.

Celebrations of the anniversary of Katyń execution bring many emotions in connection with the planned visit to the graves of Polish soldiers of president Lech Kaczyński. The President, unlike Prime Minister Tusk, was not invited to celebrate with Vladimir Putin, but nevertheless wants to visit the Polish cemetery in Katyń in April.

The Russian embassy late publically reported respective times that there was no authoritative information about Lech Kaczyński's plans. Yesterday, the MFA reported that an authoritative diplomatic note had been submitted regarding the President's visit to Katyn graves. The President's departure is planned a fewer days after the joint Polish-Russian celebrations with the participation of Polish and Russian Prime Ministers. (needs, mj)
