"American investigation shows that young people are mainly attracted to the military by money and discouraged by fear of losing their lives, physical and intellectual health. Kamil, a PhD student from Warsaw, says that he does not request incentives, but alternatively removal of obstacles. His top concern is the failure of orders that depend on his income. If he had a unchangeable employment contract, he'd feel more confident. He's besides worried about the possible atmosphere in training. He fears contact with military seniors, for whom violent behaviour resulting from the military hierarchy may be important.
