**Maciej Miłosz: Parquet: "Azots want to produce explosives together with PGZ"**
"A letter of intent was signed on Monday about the cooperation of giants. The past of specified letters in the Polish arms manufacture is long and the effects are poor. Azoty Group, Industrial improvement Agency, Polish Armed Forces Group and Men signed a letter of intent on expanding the production capacity of explosives. A nitrocellulose mill is to be established, which is essential for the production of gunpowder and ammunition. In Poland we have not had specified capabilities in years, and the powder produced on the basis of it is imported, among others, from our confederate neighbours from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A fresh company is likely to be established to form a nitrocellulose factory. The construction process itself can be hard and long, for example due to the advanced environmental burden of this kind of production and the request for appropriate environmental approvals. The placing of specified production in a plant with specified consent could velocity up this process."
