Radio Wnet reached the draft government paper "A strategy for a fresh balance" Country improvement strategy by 2035. According to unofficial information, the plan was accepted by KPRM.
In short, the plan includes:
1. Commencement of migration plans, Page 227: In point 2.4.3 "Development potentials", the subsection "Migratory potentials" indicates the influx of foreigners as 1 of the key improvement potentials.
Page 252: Point 3.1.3 “Directions of intervention” of the Subsection “Prove territorial and social cohesion” refers to the creation of conditions for their settlement.
2. Extinction of the province? The plan assumes that immense improvement money is to flow only to “the core grid of 60 urban centres”, and any region centres, but not all. This is designed to make the vast growth and concentration of people concentrated in larger cities. The districts will be co-financed adequate to live their lives peacefully there, while improvement will not be there. The list of cities is on page 232 of this document.
