Joint exercises USA and South Korea

Like last year, about 19,000 South Korean soldiers will participate. They will respond to "real threats" in all areas, including the threat of rocket attack from the North, cyber attacks, electronic warfare. South Korea separately will conduct simultaneous Ulchi civilian defence exercises, according to the script of a likely atomic attack by a northern neighbor.
