The European Commission submitted a proposal for a Common Agricultural Policy after 2027. Responding to the Commission's proposal for a Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for the period 2028–2034, rapporteur for the Agriculture Committee on the Future of Agriculture and the CAP after 2027, Carmen Crespo Díaz (EPP, Spain) issued a strong informing against the hazard of weakening 1 of the EU's most strategical and symbolic policies.
