WSD24: Turkey's next-generation MRAP

Turkish MRAPs have become increasingly popular in fresh years, becoming a budget solution for many countries around the planet including those in the mediate East. The planet defence Show 2024 in Riyadh is thus an perfect chance for their manufacturers to advance this kind of vehicle. BMC presented its Kirpi II vehicle at the show, which was purchased by the United arabian Emirates respective years ago, along with a licence for local production under the name K2. At last year's IDEF 2023, a variant of the medical evacuation vehicle was demonstrated, expanding the number of available specialized variants utilizing the said vehicle. At the planet defence Show 2024, it was presented as a classical armored personnel carrier with increased anti-mine resistance, which was equipped with a device weapon housed in the ZSMU SARP to combat possible threats.
